Mission
I strive to enhance the individual performance of each client through specific, functional, and meaningful training. I show others how they can reach their true potential so that they can learn to maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle.
Who
Rachel Sedwick is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). A born performer, Rachel spent much of her life on stage, acting, dancing and singing. After working professionally as a performer, she realized that not only did she want more out of her life, but that she wanted more for those around her. She worked to gain her Associates of Applied Sciences in Personal Training at Lake Washington Institute of Technology, and started Performative Fitness as soon as possible, because changing others' lives with health and fitness was and is her urgent passion.
As a trainer, Rachel believes that she can never stop improving. She stays up to date on the latest fitness trends and the classic ones through research and continuing education. She teaches and trains all levels of clients, across the greater Seattle area.
When not enhancing the performance of others, she can be found working on her own health and fitness goals, acting on a local stage, or salsa dancing around town. She enjoys everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer, and looks forward to each new opportunity.
